Stuart Nicol (1994)

Stuart’s direct access work specialises mainly in intellectual property disputes with a particular emphasis on musical issues. He is also familiar with trademark law and passing off. He has a thorough understanding of contractual and commercial disputes. Stuart appears regularly in Court and is an experienced advocate. He is able to advise in writing or at a conference.

Sarah Lippold (1999)

Sarah Lippold specialises in civil law, and regularly undertakes direct access work in the following areas:

• Landlord and tenant disputes, including hearings both at County Court level and in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal
• General property law, including neighbour disputes
• Employment law
• Contract law

Richard Owen-Thomas (2000)

Richard specialises in employment law. He undertakes all areas of employment law in the tribunal, appeal courts and civil courts. He is happy to advise from the outset of any dispute or potential dispute until its conclusion.

Richard has represented both claimant and respondents for over ten years.
